Sabang Beach, Puerto Galera is easily accessible by public transportation from Manila. You first have to go to Batangas Port (Batangas bus terminals in Manila can be found in Ali Mall Cubao and Buendia cor. Taft Ave. Pasay City) and from there you can catch a ferry to Sabang Beach.
